This is the official page for MindCards app users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data.
How to delete your account?
- 1 Sign in with the same Google account you used in the MindCards app.
- 2 Confirm your identity by verifying that the displayed information matches your account.
- 3 Click "Permanently delete account" and confirm in the security dialog.
- 4 Your account and all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
📋 Data that will be deleted
- User profile (name, email, avatar, nickname)
- All study sets created and their flashcards
- Saved favorites and groups
- Learning history and progress
- Uploaded files in Firebase Storage
- Any other personal data associated with your account
⏱ No personal data is retained after deletion. No additional retention period applies.
You must sign in to verify your identity and prevent impersonation. Only the account owner can request deletion.
